Mockt.ai provides data tooling software and related pilot services. Pilots are provided on a best-effort basis with clearly defined scope and success criteria agreed in advance.
Pilot access is granted at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline or end a pilot if mutual fit is not established. You agree to provide reasonable feedback and not to misuse or reverse-engineer the tools.
All software, designs, and content remain the property of Mockt.ai. During a pilot you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tools for evaluation purposes only.
The tools and services are provided "as is" during pilots. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is explicitly agreed in a pilot scope document.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mockt.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or tools.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
